Taste and Aroma: Similar to coffee. Slightly sweet roasted flavor with a subtle chocolaty aroma.

Uses: Chicoryis a great and healthy alternative to coffee; it's naturally decaffeinated and has more flavor than ordinary decaf. You can also blend it with your favorite coffee for enhanced flavor. To brew, add 2-3 tablespoons of Chicory into your coffeemaker for each cup of water.
