Ingredients: Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soy Beans, Salt), Maltodextrin, Salt

Taste and Aroma: Soy Sauce Powder tastes just like the liquid-- salty, earthy and a subtle umami flavor.

Uses: Soy Sauce Powder can be used dry or rehydrated in seasoning mixes, rubs, dips, soups and sauces. To reconstitute mix 1 part Soy Sauce to 1 1/3 parts water. Reconstitute for use in any application calling for naturally brewed soy sauce, or use directly in dry formulations.

Substitutes: Worcestershire Powder, Dijon Mustard Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar Powder and Distilled White Vinegar Powder.
