Uses:Use a 1 to 1 replacement ratio for standard granulated sugar. Caster Sugar is often used for making meringues and frosting. It's also great in cold beverages and other cold liquids, where standard granulated sugar might not ordinarily dissolve.

Substitutes: Coconut Palm Sugar Organic, Corn Syrup Solids, Dark Brown Sugar, Fructose and Evaporated Cane Juice.

Fun Fact: Caster Sugar is finely ground granulated sugar, used often in baking recipes.
